• Had a horrible experience at marks farm community hall and I will never recommend anyone to use the hall. First of all, the kitchen was booked along side with the hall and we could not use the cooker and oven as it was not coming on. Also, they was a beeping noise from the hall that was reported and a member of staff said she will turn up within one hour but no one turned up until the party ended . Lastly, my deposit was not returned because they claim the key that was put back was not there . At first they claimed I had put back the spare key from the store which we never saw. Later came back and said the key returned was not the original key. All of this was said in order to keep my deposit. Awful
