• I have used Marcus Baum on more than one occasion now, for the original purchase of my flat and again since. • Attention!!!!! Avoid at any cost! Absolute disgrace to profession! 10 months after completion day I still have to deal with the consequences of their conveyancing work!!! I have to give them 1 star which they DO NOT DESERVE at all. There are no words to describe how I feel about this firm

• Awful awful awful! Over a 1 week period I have tried calling 19 times and I never got an answer. Numerous emails have been ignored and one time I did get through I was 'disconnected'. Just avoid them!

• Dealing with Marcus Baum has been an awful experience, there are never any replies to emails or phone calls, they are extremely slow and generally very unhelpful. Would not recommend!

• I have recently sold my house at the beginning of this year and was recommended Marcus Baum through my estate agent. Massive mistake! Though out my dealings with Marcus Baum I found them rude, unhelpful and slow my dedicated solicitor even went on maternity leave and did not tell me. I only found out as a result of an automated out of office reply. I would not mind but I had been communicating with her 20 mins before! I wished I could have pull out and used another firm but I had already missed my target exchange/completion date, my buyers were in rented accommodation and had to move in with their parents and Marcus Baum had me over a barrel. Now three months on from moving in I have been told by my mortgage lender that my house has not been registered with the Land Registry office!! Do not use them!!!
