• A awful taxi company.Taxi driver who used today didn't have seat belts working.When I pointed this out said had no complaints before. Use this company three times a week .Looking for another company as do not see why should give them my hard earned money

• On 14/02/2017, I use Manor Cars for three journeys, each journey was under one mile. For the first journey I was correctly charged, £3.50. The second, £4.50 and the third £4.00. Twice I am overcharged. Any complaints! The owner is: Mohammed Siddique. 290 Stoney Lane, Stechford, Birmingham. B25 8XY Company # 06587444

• I have been a customer of manor cars for many years and some of the drivers are already my friends but they have a lady operator that is rude and aggressive on the phone instead of apologising because they are late, she is argumentative .she needs to realise that without us customer she won't have a job. They need to look after the customer. It's a shame I now decided to use a different taxi company because of her!!
