• We ordered three meals all three came out but one had already be salted and had a pieces cut out of the steak. we then sent all three meals back. 45 minutes later two meals came out and was told two minutes for the last one. 15 minutes later it still had arrived and we had eaten ours. we had the third one refunded but was told that we couldn't have the others refunded because we had started to eat them. But in all fairness wouldn't you start your meal if you were told 2 minutes for the last one.....
