• Mrs Workman is obviously a miserable sad person . Who does she think she is. Did she tell the owners what the problem was. No I don't suppose she did. My experience at madhatters was brilliant. Excellent food and service.

• Terrible experience. Very unprofessional service, not at all family orientated. No baby changing facilities. Big sign telling you to take old nappies home and not put in sanitary bin. Food unpalatable. Don't waste your money!
