• Shocking customer service. Suprised this place hasn't been shut down already. Trading standards would have a field day with them. Take a mechanic with you if you ever do buy a car from them as they are death traps. Would certainly not recommend.

• I bought a car a month ago, and so far I have had to pay over £600 on repairs!! the warranty they give you is not worth the paper it is written on, not bad for a car I paid £3495 for!!!!!!

• Bought a car last month (ford mondeo) and am very happy with the car. Good service. They arranged all my finance and 5 day insurance. Quick turn round. Will definately use again but best pay for this one first.

• Bought a car from mdm motors. Had it less than a week i phoned back with a problem on the car and they said we will ring you back and im still waiting for them to contact me. Two weeks later i put it in for mot a month earlier and it failed. Would NEVER buy from these again and and if you have any sense you WONT either so be warned. Take care shady shady

• we bought a car from one company on this sight (urban cars) not only was the car sold to us and not been valeted and had to be jumped started when picked up, it broke down on us within tree days, we then was told you have no cover even though we was told we have three month cover. we sold the car at a great lose to us .a really poor setup with a lot of shady staff, we found it very strange how one company working from this sight will only deal in cash, strange when you can clearly see a number of p.d.q terminals

• Be VERY careful of these "salesmen" Bought a car and the same week started having problems with it, rang them up and quite simply got told "you don't have a warranty on that car because you paid under £1000 so there's nothing we can do" Would be good to be told this since you're led to think any problems, give them a ring and they'll sort it. Luckily, all but one problem has been sorted after buying the Haynes manual for the car, but this other problem looks set to either cost me alot of money which I won't ever get back if I come to sell the car, or end up with me having to part ex the car for a new car with a different car sales company before the MOT is due on this car. Will NEVER go back to these so called sales people.

• Bought a car from them, drove it away and the very next day the car conked out! I had bought (very expensive) warranty from them with the car so they said they'd fix it. They basically tinkered with it and everytime I got it back the same problem persisted. They even tried to charge me for some of it and when I said no, they got very aggressive with me. The dodgy warranty company, Olympic Warranties/Warranties 2000 would not pay out either surprise, surprise, so it ended up costing me £700 only a few months after buying it. The garage that fixed it told me the parts they had told me they'd replaced were old and worn - total liars - avoid at all costs.

• Asked if the car had been HPI checked. They said yes. Turned out to be an insurance write off lost £1500 selling it on.

• MDM Motor Group (Leeds) Failed to deliver car at the agreed time and date. And STILL refusing to give a full refund from the deposit left.. Be careful when purchasing anything from this company.. you may just get screwed like we are
