• Horrible experience. Really angry woman who seems to be absolutely furious all of the time. We've started driving down to Dunbeath instead, they are much friendlier there. The woman at Lybster post office is entirely unsuited to dealing with the public, she has a massive attitude problem. I've never encountered a Post Office run by someone so openly hostile to customers.

• disgusting service telling people private information about people's benefits. They should be removed or replaced. People should expect privacy and be afforded it, not be ridiculed in public by a foul-mouthed assistant.

• dreadful customer service - discussing custimers personal details, benefits and bad mouthing people to the next custimer. These people should not be running a post office
