• slow, unfriendly, unprofessional, slow, slow! Didn`t return calls or emails, had to chase all the time - always an excuse or someone elses fault. Think they need to remember clients pay for a service.

• Simply awful. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Shockingly poor customer service. Avoid!

• Awful service, ignorant, not a clue on how to deal with buying property. Papers not given to me that were needed and after money has been paid to them they wash their hands. Took a year to get my deeds after sending lots of emails which were ignored. Stay clear.

• They are very slow and have poor communication with customer. They are always busy and do not return phone calls. Overall nil final outcome. The experience with them was a waste of my time and money.
