• Had my eyebrows waxed by louise. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows as I showed her pictures.. she answered the telephone and had a conversation whilst doing my eyebrows, when she showed me the end results I had two uneven eyebrows with hardly any hair left. I almost cried, I was embarrassed and I was told I was ungrateful. She asked if she should remove more hair!!!!! She could not see what I could see; They were thin enough. Usually my hair grows back within two weeks but about two months later there is barely any hair showing and there appears to be a bald patch. one eyebrow is high and pointed whilst the other is lower and arched. I'm Really upset and I paid for the treatment and now have to live with her mistake. I am very self conscious of my face due to ridiculous eyebrows.
