• Claim to be a retired Chartered Surveyor with years of experience. When he introduce himself. Did a background check The RICS: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors had no record of Jerry Kennedy present or past. Further background check shows no academic qualified certification of any kind. When asked him to clarify, uses his health as an excuse to end the meeting and leaves the work site immediately. When attempted to reschedule the meeting, all communication with company either terminated or blocked. All workers and family member had abandoned the work site. List of work unfinished after 8 months: Electrical, Plumbing, Gas, Structure, Plaster, paint, welding, blockwork, windows, drainage, gutter, roof, rafters, security, hoarding, etc. Evidence as shown, the company is not just poor workmanship, there is a extremely high chance this was a operated family business of unqualified builders imitated as professional builders. Banks in U the UK had been notified and blacklisted them.
