• RETURNED GOODS WITH NO PROOF OF PURCHASE expecting a full refund . As a gesture of good will we issued a credit note to be used against further transactions ,but no mention of this !!

• Absolutely shocking service. The manager was extremely abusive and dismissive after us returning faulty products purchased from them. We had removed the product from cellophane however the product quality was only visible by doing so. The product wasn’t chromed and the brass was exposed aswell as numerous scratches the manager had no interest in resolving the issue and has withheld our Money accusing us of damaging goods. I cannot stress enough to shop elsewhere unless you want to be left out of pocket or with a poor quality product
