• Utterly shocking service. Having been up and down the country using multiple garages Ley-dat is the poorest service and most aggressive mechanics I have come across. Long story short our car broke down, needed a hose being replaced as it had torn. Breakdown recovery took my wife to the garage and eventually the car was repaired..... or so we thought. After driving the car away my wife noticed a very strange water sound in the passenger compartment. We took it back and the garage stated they had no idea what was wrong with it but would have to replace various parts (approximating 200 quid or more). I asked them if they had checked it over before it went out and they said they had. After a heated debate I took my car to another mechanic who looked at it and nothing was wrong other than the engine needing to be bled (easy/basic job any mechanic can do however ley-dat couldn't). I will never be using this garage again and advise others to be cautious. Also for an advisory note if your household only has one car and you struggle for transport don't ask them for a replacement vehicle they don't offer this service. P.s. ask them to take you home as they won't offer it off their own backs.
