• terrible experience with staff when i visited most time. This is my local post office. Staff don't have knowledge of car tax and passport checking and sending service. when i went to get the car tax, the staff was asking help from another staff who is sitting next to her. after about five minutes argument between us, the manager came and did the tax for me. last week i went to do my passport and ask for the checking and sending service. I took the photos from pharmacy so obviously they know how to take the UK passport photos. The staff said the photos are too dark and asked her colleague and she said the same thing. I told them I took the photos from pharmacy so they know what they are doing as well and i am happy to send it like that. but they refused my application and offer me to send it by my self. So I send it by my self and with in one week time I received my children passport. They are making their own rules. Yesterday my father in law want to do the passport. They said the signature should be in the middle of the box. otherwise someone will write anything after his sign. His name has got only 5 letters. so if he sign in the middle of the box, obviously you will get some space in the box. So they asked him to sign in the box full. as far i know the signature should be inside the box. but again they are making their rules and refused more transactions. This is one of the reason there is always long queue. I am asking the Post Office to consider this matter and train the staff properly. not letting them to make their own rules.

• Friendly personnel and overall a nice place.Only downside is,the queues can be quite long during peak times.
