• Ordered some wedding shoes at the start of January all ready for my wedding dress try on today, I could not be more disappointed in the service received. The Royal Mail tracking information states “not home” (which we wasn’t) to “delivered and signed for by morris” within a minute. I raised this with lace & favour via email, on the 8/2 giving them ample time to resolve prior to my dress fitting today. To date they’ve been unwilling to help, even asking me to check around the house, when it’s something so important, this has been done and all the neighbours have been asked. I’m am truly disappointed in the lack of help, or offer to ship replacements or refund. The service is tracked via Royal Mail and they should be able to easily locate my parcel if they tried. I did one last ditch attempt to contact a manager last night and have to date received no contact to explain the issue and what they are going to do to help. I have raised my concerns with Klarna which luckily I paid with over a 3 months term. You’d think after the whole covid issues we’ve had lately and 4 dates arranged for me personally, a company would be more hopeful or improve the carrier service they use maybe one that provides them with an image of said delivery. Beware!
