• Terrible crooks! Firstly disappeared on 'test drive' for 10 minutes, then told me I needed new front discs and pads despite admitting that ours were new. Said caliper stuck and front right pads worn. I said fine change the pads. They refused to take our car off of the ramp or put the wheels back unless I paid £300. If he could have gotten hold of a caliper on a Sunday, no doubt that would have been added. Despite my saying absolutely not, he proceeded to order the parts. This went on for some time and eventually I was forced to call 999 or our car would still be up there. SHOCKING!!!
