I have booked an available slot online for MOT for today for 1215pm at Kwik-Fit Carmondean, Livingston, West Lothian. When I arrived at the reception there was nobody there. After 5minutes Kevin came in only to tell me he won't test my car today. He said he didnt have any slots available. All that despite me having the booking confirmation and showing him the website and payment confirmation on my phone. He refused an MOT and than refused to refund my money.
