Timber kit was full of problems, had to modify so much. They took no account of what we specified and had to pay extra to get what we had specified. It ended up being more expensive than others.
Builder erecting kit said it was the worst one they had built.
Company didn't really try and help to resolve problems and simply said it was a third party issue. e.g. windows failed air-tightness test.
