I have just had the same experience - dropped in for lunch. Had chicken and BLT flat bread sandwich, turned out to be chicken and mostly mayo wrap. Did not raise an issue with staff but did let them know. Service dreadful but food was good, staff inattentive and unapologetic for delays. wont go here again. Lovely atmosphere but the chicken and bacon wrap on light bites menu was inedible. Staff uninterested in listening to customer feedback claimiming it was fine - it was very poor quality, dry and visually uninspiring and served with stale crisps. If they had been more interested in listening to the complaint without a complete denial of the comments I would have not posted this comment.Rating history and distribution
