• This KFC has been the same for the last 10 years. It's either to busy and under staffed they run out of cooked food Or the staff would rather have a chat with each other than get the que down. 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong or cold The shop just seems to small for it custom. Never very clean in there if you want to sit in on the few (2) tables they have. Think the management needs to pull rank half a star

• I used to avoid this KFC but I went there on the 10.06.13 and it was brilliant my order was spot on the cashier was friendly and helpful her name was donna and place looked clean!

• The first time we went to this KFC they completely messed up our order about 3 times for after about an hour we eventually got the right order. Chanced it again for a second time, only to get home to find the gravy side order was practically solid, it didn't even move when you turned it upside down. The chicken was disgusting and hardly cooked, and they had forgotten all the chips with our order! Will not be going back ever!

• This is the worst KFC ever.. certain staff come across that serving you is a big effort. No staff ever smile. The food is thrown together and 9 out of 10 you've gone home to find they have completely messed your order up!

• waterlooville kfc is rubish i had bone in my crispy strips.When i told the manageress the first thing she said was have you still got them because i cant do anything about otherwise.I was not asking for a free meal or my money back i was more concerned that 2 had bone in and didnt want someone choking to death but she was more concerned about having to give away a crispy strip seems like bad management to me
