• Absolutely Rubbish , Rats. Running around outside and Rat Traps everywhere , shut it down and get a Burger King.

• Staff in Sudbury KFC so rude, unhelpful little morons. Saturday lunch time and the place was empty, speaks volumes. Drive thru, the girl was obviously hard of hearing, couldn't hear us, and then got impatient with us. The young guy that bought our meal out to the car, nearly threw the bag at us, with not even a word of thanks. Disgusting, never, ever again.

• Never use the drive through!!! They employ staff who don't seem to have the basic ability to even make what is basically a southern fried chicken sandwich whichever one you order! Always wrong or bits missing! Managment should advise staff that if in doubt have a look at the large poster dotted all over the establishment!

• The chicken in the big daddy box meal burger was so tough I couldn't even chew it. I give a bit to my cat and after a little chew she turned her nose up at it . Total different kfc to others try getting a English cook they may have higher standards than a bunch of numb nuts from a third world country

• Just been to KFC Sudbury and a member of staff was cleaning outside bin .. It exploded all over her.. Manager said if she goes home she's sacked . I think health and hygiene should hear of this .. Poor girl smells and serving customers with someone's vomit over her!!!!

• Never been in a K F C like it. have to really try to get your order across no one speaks English that we'll think something should be done about that and not only the staff can't speak English but food is never right and is always cold It's only getting one star cos I have to give it something

• Not good. Food doesn't taste the same as other KFC's. Poor service, never use the drive through as they've got no idea what you're ordering.

• Avoid KFC Sudbury,order is always wrong,I'm not sure if it's because the staff don't understand English or they just don't care.Always disappointing .

• Sunday late afternoon, we ate in, can't fault it. Restaurant was nice and clean, served straight away with no problem. Didn't have to wait for amything to be cooked. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definately come again. X

• Shuts at 10:00pm when it states 11:00pm on the door..!! All foreigners working in there....none speak or understand English....chicken is never ready and when you get your order it's always wrong....should be shut down...!!

• Always seems to get the order wrong. By the time you get home its too late - cant understand english is a big problem
