• I've been going to riverside KFC for years and tonight I'm appalled at the service I got,staff that didn't talk didn't say one word to us I don't agree with this at all we ask for mayo he ignored us we sat waiting for 5minutes didn't know what was going on after we asked him I didn't even get the mans name because he spent all the time with his back towards us..it's discus ting I won't be going back again you ignorant man!! I tried ringing riverside northampton 12 times to ask his name but no answer not happy!! The only thing that was good was the chicken

• Just got home with my family burger box, stone co,d burgers and funny tasting and smelling chips. Called the store who told me everything is cooked fresh and they would call me in half hour. Not the first time they have messed up orders. Have defiantly. Gone off KFC. Poor service and not worth the petrol !!!!

• Agree with other 2 comments. Bought a wicked variety box for family to share on a friday night. Only 8peices in box and no hot wings. Not the first time either. Love KFC but always leave here dissappointed.

• Totally agree with previous customer, purchased food, got home to find that food was missing, so had to go to McDonalds to get items that were missing, bloody annoying having to go out again, phoned to complain, told me to see whoever is in charge next time I go there, so hoping for a refund. This is not the first time this has happened and we usually check before we drive away but after having to request straws that were missing and being in a rush we didn't on this occasion...mistake that we will not be repeating.

• staff clearly cant count i bought and paid for 10 pieces of chicken and only got 6 then muppets then wont helwhen you go back to request what you paid for
