• Poor service from KFC Greenock drive thru. Have previously received orders with food missing. Today it was the double choc cookie. Trouble is, you don't know until you are back home. Advice: Check your order before you leave the car park!!!!!!

• tables and floor untidy and unswept. Gents toilet urinal blocked, no toilet paper. Visit on 7th Sept, 2015 at 2pm. No one is taking responsibility in this place... pathetic service

• Ordered a family bucket tonight, the chicken was lovely, the fries were cold & were not fresh, called them repeatedly but no answer, there was no way I was driving back down again, but I will keep calling them until I get someone to listen to my complaint, also had to wait more than 15 minutes for fast food? Place is a joke.

• Place is a joke, went in last Sunday to get a rice box was told no rice, then had to wait 20 minutes for a chicken popcorn, only waited because I was stuck behind a car at the drive thru or I would have left.

• Last 3 times i have been in your staff have gotten my takeaway order wrong! !st time there was a 3 piece meal missing! "nd time there was 2 bags of chips and a gravy missing and last night 3 bags of chips of chips 1 corn and 2 gravy missing! How hard can it be? You have the order on a screen in front of you! SHOCKING! Oh and the chips are disgusting i wont be bk and will be telling people to do the same............

• Shocking service, putting chicken in a bag is hardly rocket science but they never get it right. Don't leave the drive thru until you have checked your order iv had to go back countless times !!!

• Dropped my daughter and pal of tonight at 8pm ,then went to tesco to get a phone call to say that they were not allowed to sit down and eat because they were under 18. Shocking
