• Used to use this branch never again had undercooked chicken twice the second time my husband was off work with food poisoning rang kfc to complain they took details then did nothing they don't care

• Went to drive thru before, ordered 3 piece meal, 2 piece meal, big daddy box meal, 6 hot wings, given all except 4 hot wings instead and was told 6 hot wings in box meal at collection point. No big deal but this is the second time my order had been messed up. Don't think i'll be going back.....

• What an absolute disappointment. We usually get kfc from the centre of bristol but went here as it is closer to home. Went to the drive thru and ordered 2x boneless banquets. Both with pepsi, 1 with a side of gravy and the other with extra chips and 3 extra pieces of chicken. We ended up with 2 popcorn chickens, 4 boneless fillets, 1 portion of rubbery chips, 2 gravys, 1 beans , chicken swimming in grease and two half empty pepsis. How does anyone go so unbelieveably wrong.
