• never been spoken to like that by someone serving the public, disgusted !! THEN half of what i asked for easnt there, returned to store & spoke with the manager & demanded a full refund. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO KFC Cumbernauld. Appaling service

• Over priced food sometimes not even cooked properly chips are disgusting always end up in bin should get asked if you want them.dont waste your money on anything they sell go find somewhere else with out rude staff.

• Rude staff, lazy can't get any orders right because the staff in the kitchen and at the front can't read a screen properly and are to busy talking about the costomers and what they might be waring never any managers around when you want one or to keep the staff in order terrible place that needs to vet the staff there

• Chicken is always over cooked and tough. Staff are always rude! Oh and I have only been here about 10 times in the last 7 years. I try to avoid it as much as possible.

• Was at KFC today and ordered large popcorn chicken for me and my mum and my sister got the wicked variety bucket. When we received the order we thought my meal was inside the variety bucket but when we got home it wasn't there. We were charged for it and we had to order a meal from somewhere else thus costing more money. A refund would be in order. Very annoyed. And it isn't the first bad thing to happen. Once I got a milkybar krushem and it had NO chocolate bits in it! Outraged!!

• I have been here only a few times food was ok but could have been better. On each of our visit's there have been dirty tables and overflowing bins. Last week I watched a member of staff push down the overflowing bins with a bundle of trays and then place them on the counter (without wiping them) for the next customer's order. Not good KFC very unhygenic !!!!! No more visit's for us. Gave 1 star as there wasn't a minus.

• Been up a couple times: first time I ordered a zinger tower meal and the thing was so crispy it was almost not edible. second time I got a supercharger and there was very little sauce or mayo and some old lettuce. This place gives KFC a bad name!

• Rude staff. No chance of getting what you actually ordered...like no ice in your soft drink. Often filthy with overflowing bins and dirty tables while staff have time to clean up as they're not busy. If it's like that on our side of the counter where they're trying to make a good impression, wtf is the kitchen like? Rated it 1 as there is no provision for minus ratings
