• Just tried eating in the newly refurbished KFC in Blackwood. Ordered our food & started looking for a table to sit at. OMG the place is disgusting, food all over the tables & floors, spilled drinks on the seats. Told a member of staff who just smiled at me ! Won’t be going there again

• I think that is it disguising that you do advertising and u aint got it we have tried 4 kfcs in different places and they aint got the the bites or the sauces

• We had a KFC earlier today for a quick bite to eat after doing some shopping in Blackwood. Now me, my partner and 3 year old daughter can't stop going to the toilet. Will never go there again, very poor.

• I regularly eat at KFC Blackwood and although having bad experiences in the past, I kept going back as it was very conveniently placed down the road from me. I would like to point out the huge turn around in service and cleanliness at the branch in the past 6-12 months. Very rewarding for a loyal and local customer such as myself. Great work KFC.

• Went to the KFC Blackwood branch today after not going there for over year and couldn't believe how different re place was. The place looked a lot better and the service has improved dramatically. My food was hot and fresh and served really quickly. Will be returning more frequently if this keeps up.

• Me and my husband regularly eat at the Caerphilly store, but we walked in and were mortified with the state of the floors and tables, we arrived at Blackwood kfc greeted by a talk thin young lad who was doing a trash pick around car park, we then ordered our food, the food arrived within a few seconds and was piping hot! Ignore the above reviews! We will defiantly be returning!

• New manager in place, store looks far better inside and food was hot and tasted great, even the toilets were clean!!!!

• Just visited the KFC in Blackwood and it seems their service has improved dramatically. The girl on the drive thru was very friendly and served me quickly and the food was also very nice and fresh. I will definitely be visiting again soon! Much better KFC!!

• Just visited the drive through and when we got home found that we were missing a mini fillet burger off our order. I have tried phoning the store but as a previous person expeienced no one answers the phone. I wish I had read previous reviews as I would have known to avoid the Blackwood branch of KFC.

• never going through drive thru again, always items missing,always go to the front counter now were customer service is friendly!and at least i can check what they pack. love kfc but drive thru down there is terrible!!!

• Every so often I revisit the KFC. On my latsest venture using the drive-thru. The card machine was not working. So was stuck in the que. Past visits have had missing parts to my order, sparrow sized chicken potions. Delays because they have no chicken. Be warned.

• Just purchased a meal from here. £25 00 got home to find items missing, Tried phoning but nobody would answer, Very very frigging annoying. So took the whole lot back seen the manager who apologised and replaced our order as the first would have gone cold by now. Got home only to find other items are missing . Tried phoning again , yes you guessed it no answer, I give up . If the manager cant get it right the 2nd time what hope have we got . Stick to Chinese next time. This is not the first time its happened ..

• just come home after a drive through to find my beans that i ordered had been burnt 2 a crisp, this would of been impossible not fo them to have noticed, ive been ringing them and nobody can be bothered to pick up, im not a happy customer

• Have eat there a few times and they often leave things off your order and if you try ringing they never answr the phone, sort it out
