• What a terrible KFC on erdington high street the staff are rude don't know about customer service or how to treat people was no sign up to say they would be close at 20.00 the food is of very very poor standards when asked to talk to the manger was told to ring back on Monday when they wasn't as busy ????

• This is the best KFC for miles (steer clear of kingstanding and star city!!!)The staff are always smiling and they seem to genuinely get along (SHOCK HORROR I KNOW)There are normally three teenage girls on the front counter on the nights, (i forget their names but there are two white girls and a half cast girl), and when these girls are on you know you will get a great service, if not just a loud one.The managers seem to be very good, there is a lady, April I think, who is simply the best one, she is there on a friday night with the girls above..My only complaint is one manager, who name i took down, Sarath. He is rude to customers and feels the need to be degrading to his staff. His english is poor, and and all truthfulness, I have NO idea how he became a manager.Apart from this individual you will enjoy coming to this KFC, the tables are clean (and if they are not the girls will clean them for you,) the service is fun and friendly and you are sure of a decent conversation should you have to wait
