• Did some work on the front of our house, When the job was complete we was disappointed with the work. Also when we got the bill, It was a lot more than the quote. I can now see why he doesn't advertise on the side of his van. If you see a RED FORD van with Number Plate K 5ULL, Send him away and get a real builder.

• Had this fool build a small extension on my house in the village, He then wanted to charge me extra money to complete the Job! Will never use again. Stay away.

• wish I had seen the reviews of this so called builder/joiner. Poor work and way overpriced. If you see a white van with the number plate K 5ULL, Send him away!

• All I would say, Get a quote before any works starts. Very expensive. Very disappointed.

• I had this so called builder do some work in our kitchen. The work was very poor and very upsetting to see our new kitchen damaged like this. He would not drop the price or fix some of the faults/damage. Stay away at all costs. I have found out that he is not a builder now but a so called northern soul DJ! Going by the name of DJ Soul Sully . If his DJ skills are anything like his building skill, get some ear plugs!

• Kevin Sullivan just completed some building work at our property. The work was of poor standard and cost alot more than quoted. When confronted about the issues, He turned very nasty and abusive. Please save your self the stress and disappointment. Avoid at all costs.

• Appalling work, did not finish, roof and windows leaked, brick work 'bowed' Qualified independent architect stated he had never seen such bad building work in 25 years. Use another builder

• Started late. Kept leaving job. Extremely poor work not up to standard. Abusive and threatening. Refused to return keys. Urinated in property. Horrible experience having this man do our building work. Avoid

• Appalling work, does not know what he is doing - had to get a proper builder in to finish. Did not start job when agreed, kept leaving the job, rude and threatening. Would not give keys back, police involved AVOID

• trusted this man to plan and build our garage. Would turn up late if at all, have over an hour for lunch but expected to be paid for that hour, was rude and arrogant to me and my wife. Then after being paid tried to blackmail us by saying the garage wasnt built to spec and unless we gave him x amount of £ he would report us to the local council. We have since found out there are other people who have suffered this man. DO NOT USE
