• Garden tools, strimmer, baby changing mat all lost in transit. Table lamp and several garden vases broken. Clothes badly packed (coat with dig blankets and toys) suits bundled into cardboard box. Turned up closer to 11am than the promised 9am. Finished the job at gone 11pm, then claimed we hadn't asked them to pack loft or shed contents? Just chaotic, boxes packed with wrong contents, placed in wrong rooms, refused to unload to loft in destination house. Refused to accept any blame for issues on the day, just poor, rude, incompetent, avoid!
