• Ok so I went to Josef hair for the first time on Thursday. I was kept waiting for fifteen minutes despite having an appointment,and specifically asked the stylistfor my front layers to be below my jaw. Got home and realised my hair was cut much shorter so I called the salon to inform them I was not happy and that it would take my hair months to grow out. I was thanked for my feedback - no apologies - no compensation - nothing. I would never return to this salon - very unprofessional and poor service
