• AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! James Middleton managed to drag out a simple three property chain for almost 8 months, sheer incompetence every step along the way and I can only assume he gets a perverse enjoyment out of the stress, worry and health issues he causes those he deals with. I would add that James Middleton was not my conveyancer and was so bad I offered to pay for a new conveyancer for his client as James (and the Middleton's by association) caused my family and the rest of the chain nothing but misery. The lack of professionalism was astounding, not to mention both verbal and written 'mis-communication' (fabrications) and the fact that the other conveyancers and estate agents in the chain were regularly exasperated to the point of despair by James’s incompetence. If I ever move house again (after this experience it’s highly unlikely) I will NEVER enter a chain that uses James Middleton or anyone else at the practice as his seniors were made well aware of his incompetence but did little over the 8 month period, I can only assume this is because it is a ‘family’ practice!!
