• Just avoid this place- it's that simple! Service is rubbish. Better of saving your money and going to Harley street clinic.

• AVOID!! I wish I listened to the other honest reviews before purchasing my voucher. They never answer the phone to let you even book an appointment. After months of trying I decided to turn up and try my luck. I was faced with someone who said that she would have to talk to her manager before giving me an appointment, surely this can't be standard protocol for booking in clients? I had my voucher with me clearly stating the expiry date as 4 months ahead but apprently written confirmation isn't enough for this "clinic". I’d also had my patch test done before the “book by” date so I had completely withheld my side of the contract. After begging to book an appoimtment the woman grabbed my arms and pushed me out claiming that she is now the manager (after saying she'd have to speak to her manager before booking me in) and she refuses to treat me. She also kindly told me that the clinic doesn't care once clients have paid for their treatments as they already have your money. The 2 clients in the waiting area told me about their experiences and they were very similar to mine, they also confirmed that the treatment (if you ever actually manage to get it!) is poor quality and not worth the money, time or hassle, which is the only thing making me feel as though I had a lucky escape. Living Social also wash their hands of you after purchase so there's no point in raising the issue with them. This clinic just literally steals your money and runs all while being proud of it. Totally kicking myself now.
