• Iceland in Henbury used to be really good. But now their customer service is really bad. When serving customers they are to busy talking to each other instead of scanning and packing the items so they take forever. If given a time slot for deliver its not always deliverd to you at that tme. Many of times for example if my delivery time was 11-1 we have had to ring them up an hour later to see where our delivery was always told the same thing "its on its way" many of time no appologys or a reason. A couple i have spoken to over the phone have been rude. Also items have been deliverd broken and also delivery driver has argued with us about how bags we have for example on time we knew we had 26 bags he brought up 19 we told him some are missing and he argued with us about it all our freezer tuff was missing! And he almost drove off without checking. When we made him check and hr then saw we were right we got not apology at all..
