• After this company was recommended to me I booked them for the first time on Carling Cup Final Day to take myself and 4 friends from a Chiswick Hotel to a public house in Kensal Green. I booked online and filled in a form that requested me to state how many passengers and what sort of vehicle. I stated an MPV as I know that you can't fit 5 passengers in a normal sized cab(apart from a black cab).I received confirmation but no price so I requested a quote by Email .I told them it was 4.3 miles so as to get an accurate price and was told it would be £14. I rang them on the day and reminded them and they told me they would arrive in 5 minutes which they did. After about half a mile we were told it would be £22(more than a 50% increase. I explained about the quote but was told it was because it was for 5 people and not 4. I rang the office to complain and was told that I had told them that there would be 4 people and now there was an extra one..I had booked 2 rooms a month earlier, one for 2 people and one for 3 people so it was always known to me that there would be 5 people in the cab so why would I book am MPV for just 4 people??? On arriving at the destination and offering the £22 I was told that it was £21 (another change of price?) I still gave him £22 as it wasn't the drivers fault. I will NEVER use this company again.
