• Bullies! Bought a flat through them, had already sold mine so had no chain and finances in place and they miscommunicated with myself, the vendor, solicitors etc. Refused to answer phone and sent bully style text messages instead. Even told the vendor I had pulled out when I hadn't! Will avoid any property marketed by them in future.

• AVOID Bought a property through them and was horrified by lack of professionalism, miscommunications, incorrect information regarding property and what can only be described as bully tactics even though I was chain free and had finances in places. Will avoid any properties marketed by them.
