• Have used hotcha a few times. The last 2 have been disastrous. Previous meal they forgot an item (which was paid for) and this time they were 40minutes past the pre booked delivery slot. The food this time was also ropey. Very chewy squid and the sweet and sour pork was very small pieces of pork so tastes mostly of batter. Will not use again.

• wrong food delivered at work address , called shop , but found no one would pick up , called head office and explained what had happend and was informed that they had made a mastake at the shop ,staff were very polite and explained that i could have a free meal the day after on the way way to work thank you for your help
