• Having spent over 8 months looking over a site Horizon are working on we are staggered about the disarray we have had to put up with. The building crew are rude beyond belief, blocking the road at times refusing to move. They have taken a total dislike to us although we have had nothing to say or do with them. We have been made to feel as if we should disappear and never be seen!! Whilst we understanding that deliveries have to be made, why do the builders have to park across the front of our drive. We have asked then numerous times not to block us in. A sign also been placed asking people not to block the road as access is required 24/7. There is ample parking space a few yards away but guess it is too much trouble to walk the extra distance. Final straw today a visitor arrived and could not get on our frontage because Horizon decided to block our entrance again. When the visitor asked if they could pull forward 3 feet they refused. He (the visitor) was called a “Knob Head” because he had pulled up behind them, they said they were about to move. In fact, they had been blocking our entrance for at least 1 hour. Is this real professionalism? We have tried to be very patient but patience is now wearing thin. We had thought about asking Horizon for a quote to have some building work done ourselves but having seen the total chaos and mess that this company has made I for one will never entertain this company. Beware!!
