• Always top quality, friendly helpful staff, one of the best in the area. Can be busy as a result. We've been loyal customers for probably about 20 years now. I wonder if the bad reviews in 2013 weren't really competitors in a thin disguise (and p*ss poor punctuation??)?

• I live close and have been using Hons for 20+ years 3 times a week, now once a fortnight (cutting down). I cannot ever recall a bad meal. And friendly! I honestly cannot understand the bad reviews? My friends also use them - a lot!

• Horrible, cheap food, greasy, stodgy, gloopy sauce. Would never recommend this place. Total waste of money.

• Agree with above review, customer service horrendous! Had chinese meal delivered,turned out to be inedible: cold, slimy, fatty and disgusting, couldnt eat more than a bite. Rang next day(as delivery came after 10pm the night before and they didnt answer phone) to complain and was accused of lying! The girl I spoke to Joanne/Joanna shek screamed down the phone at me more than once and told me a refund was out of the question, as was an apology. Have told friends and family to avoid, absolutely awful experience and that Joanne girl should be sacked!

• I go here most weeks for a carry out normally pick order up but this week we had it delivered BIG MISTAKE!!! Meal arrived cold and order was incorrect called to let them know they were very unhelpful customer service was appalling , in fact manager hung up on me there food is good but service awful !!! They have now lost a loyal customer !! Due to something that could easily be resolved !!! ????
