• We called upon the Honeypot by chance 2 years ago and the food is excellent and the children's play area is loved by my 3. We visit at least 6 times a year and my 3 year old will shout out if asked where he wants to go out for the day "honeypot"!!!!

• we had a meal in the honey pot on july 14th 2012 . the steak pie is too die for , my partner had the steak which she said was the best . i know we was on a day out , but i would drive the 250 miles again just to have the pie again . WELL DONE HONEY POT !!!!!!!!!....

• First visit yesterday 03/7/2011 The stake and onion pie was brilliant and my wife's gammon was the thickest, tenderest and juiciest gammon I've ever tasted. Just a tip - they don't hand out the till roll breakdown to check the bill UNLESS you ask before the next customer. Weird.

• Quite expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Nicest steak pie ever (in fact the nicest meal i have ever ate), huge portions, chips are more like giant wedges.Definitely worth every penny.
