• I hope the ceo Paul Loft will take notice of this store, it is so poorly managed, you will never find a member of staff who is not running away from you or hiding round the back, no one offers to help, you can walk around for an hour without seeing a single member of staff, very ocassionaly you will see a couple of guy with an earpiece who tries to help and then the next day you go on in there is not one person to be found.I have heard staff complaing that they are aloe on duty, The manager or managers hide around the back of one of the rooms behind the counters, I have received so many wrong orders or been given incorrect advice there I would be mad to shop there and never will again, if you like me, have had enough- please let the ceo paul loft know,they seem like they are going out of business, maybe they should

• Came to store to get advise and buy some shutters. Found the knowledge to patchy and disappointing. Measuring and fitting done by sub contractor is never a good sign. Prices were very slightly less then established shops in Ruislip so went to others as felt no confidence in the store to deliver what is an important and expensive item.
