• I would not recommend you use Homehunters. They take your money but do not look after your property. No checks are made and when I finally got to see my house the ceiling was hanging down in one of the bedrooms and fencing that I had confirmed the quote to had not been done!!!! The place was a mess and I had to spend £5000 on getting it put right.

• Their service has really gone down hill. Ok initially, and when things are going Straight forward, though when as a Landlord owed money, they do not want to know. They forget they are acting on your behalf. No promised phonecalls returned, no statements received in months, no simple posting of a letter, an Rhian at Swansea is incapable of sending an email with an attachment. Would recommend you try another letting agent.
