• I find the staff in the shop very helpful I am an elderly disabled lady who shops there quite a lot and the staff cannot do enough for me they are so kind and friendly

• Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff are miserable and unhelpful and don't seem to care one but about their job. I'm a manager in bridgend town also and it's such a shame to see a retail store being run in this way
