• If possible, I would avoid dealing with this company. Having received vague information as to when our actual move in date would be, I e-mailed a formal, non offensive e-mail asking about the situation and requesting that it be sorted asap. The lady we were dealing with did not seem to appreciate this and (3 working days before our original move in date) returned our money and refused us the let. The lady then stated that my e-mail was not the only reason behind this and that she felt our income wouldn't meet requirements. Although this reason was a more professional reason behind leaving us high and dry, I was still curious as to why this was only said to us now? If we did not meet the income requirements should this not have been investigated before we put down a £500.00 holding deposit? Or before we paid of another large sum towards the total balance?All in all I would not deal with these. Canceling an agreement on the grounds of an e-mail that you personally did not like the tone of is not good business practice and quite frankly is taking things personally as opposed to doing your job. Sadly I can not give zero stars.
