• Never written a review for anything burn but HAD to here. Two male staff members and what appeared to be the main lady (Viv, I caught her name as) - they were lovely. However, one lady SHOUTED AT ME, when I asked for glitter before the top coat. She said “why didn’t you tell me?!” in an aggressive, threatening tone - then stormed off!!! This then meant one of the lovely, male staff members had to step in and finish my nails. To clarify - when I sat down, I asked for glitter. Can you imagine that happening in a suoermarket?! Primark?! IN a proper salon?! NO. I raised my concerns with Viv on payment and said I would never return!! Never in my 26 years have I been spoken to like that - as a PAYING customer!! Go to a proper beauticians (even if it is that’s little bit more £), because at the end of the end of the day - you expect goodbye service, in a respectful environment. Left feeling: DISGUSTED.
