• We booked for a party of 10.When we arrived and shown to the table we were told that there was no Fish,Pie and madras !This was at 19:30hrs .The table top was loose and you had to be careful that you didn't spill your drink.The décor needs a little attention . We were then told that they had run out of Bacardi, this on a Friday night !!! The food was very nice and the staff very friendly. I will not be returning.

• The hollybush is local to where we live. The pub is very well decorated and warm inside, though the outside front could be improved to reflect the high quality of the pub. The beer, wine and food selection is excellent and high quality, my wife and I eat here often and the kids enjoy it, especially with the 'kids corner' (with games console!). The Owners and staff are friendly and welcoming and will do a lot to accommodate requirements. Highly recommended

• We had a voucher deal, which we left to the last minute, did their best to accommodate us. staff were first class, the whole place was immaculate, food was outstanding. Couldn't ask for anymore.

• The Hollybush Inn at first glance looks like quite a nice idyllic country pub, we were very wrong. After purchasing a groupon ticket at £50 we were limited to one choice from the menu which was sirloin steak. After a 40 minute wait and 2 other tables having been served before our table although they had arrived after us, the waitress was rude and did not smile the whole time we were there. When our food had finally arrived the steak was so gristly we all ended up leaving most of it. My elderly grandmother had asked to speak to the manager to politely say how gristly the steak had been, he was so rude to her and went on to ask if she knew anything about steak trying to belittle her. He offered no apology, no refund or complimentary pudding etc we will NOT be going back was such an awful experience that we are all glad is over!!! Be warned this pub is awful!!

• My wife and I had a groupon voucher for this pub, we rang several times to book a table when we told them it was a voucher they where always fully booked. We spoke to a Mr Lewis who was extremely rude.

• A very friendly venue with excellent home cooked meals. Numerous visits and we have never been disappointed with the food. Children friendly.
