• We stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Nursling for two nights in June this year with a three year old. The hotel seemed pleasant from the outside. However, the decor inside was basic. The rooms were very sub-standard. The second bed in the room was very uncomfortable and hard. The bathrooms toilet and sink smelt very unfavorable. The cups provided in the bedroom were very unclean due to not being washed throughly. The evening meals were dire, the garlic bread was rock hard, the burger burnt and the pizza tasteless and rock hard too The food menu provided at the hotel was autrocious and not fit for human consumption. The Breakfast was also dire and the cups, saucers and plates had residue of food attached because of inadequate washing.Hygiene in terms of cutlery and the food was absolutely disgusting. the staff in terms of catering and not adequately trained.This hotel is rated as a 3 star I think it is more of a 1 star. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
