• Very slow and lazy staff, they don't care how long people are waiting I.e old, disabled, parents with crying babies, the just take there time, no respect for the customer, I often walk half a mile up the road with kids just because I know the one or two men in the sub post office will deal with customers 10x faster than the main post office, really unhappy lived in Highbury all my life and its been like this for years

• Please can you have more than two staff manning the 6 counters as the queue extends out of the building and half way up the pavement. This would not be tolerated if people had more choice of postal services
