• same issues as above, fine when starting tennacy but their attitude and customer service is disgusting. Again we get the same old not my problem when trying to report repairs and the way they speak to tenants is appauling! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY! We have rented in the area for years and never have recieved such bad service! There only concern is recieving the rent and the landlord, they do not support the tenants at all. We also agree the builder they use is shocking, been waiting months and months for repairs in property.

• Easy to deal with at start of tenancy but badly let themselves down on dealing with things such as repairs etc. Usual answer when reporting things is Its not my problem. They use a badly incompetant builder to maintain properties who has actually caused heritage to lose properties in the local area, example, re-hanging a front door and actually sawing 2 inches of the bottom causing major drafts and puddles in hall when it rains. They will not use other maintanance companies meaning that a problem will not even be addressed until after 7pm through the week and never of a weekend because he has a fulltime job elsewhere.there is an emergency number but don't have an emergency over the weekend. Get regular calls before my rent is due telling me im late paying and never an apology for their mistake. Regulary turn up without notice to perform property checks or arrange for electrical tests or smoke alarm tests an give no notification so its often that the first you know of it is when a stranger lets themselves into the property. All in all as a tentant or property owner id stay well clear.
