I agree with previous comment where are the lovely helpfull staff now they just look so miserable heritage was the and I mean the place to go now they are always advertising for staff in coffee lounge I stopped going a year ago now allthe lovely staff who would stop and chat are gone Not like it use to be espaially the coffee lounge it always had realy lovely staff always helpful and friendly all that changed about two years ago when the two manageress went last one went last year now it only has miserable staff who don't look very wholesome I've stopped going in food not up to the previous standard get back to what you were heritage !!!Rating history and distribution
