• Rude staff who seem to think the customers owe them something. I went in there once and the lady behind the counter didn't say a word to me during the entire transaction, she just sat talking to the woman. Maybe it's the fact their working in a crappy little Post Office which has made them all so bitter and resentful of their customers. Like someone else has pointed out, all three members of staff take a lunch break at the same time. Pretty sure every other service based business staggers their lunch breaks. It's not like they are doing a demanding job is it, I'm sure an extra hour before a break won't kill them (actually, looking at some of the people that work there, maybe it will).

• Absolutely useless, rude and unhelpful staff. They still close on Wednesday afternoons which is a little backward in the 21st century. Worst of all, there are three staff and yet they still close between 13.00 & 14.00. I can only imagine so they can sit in the back eating their egg sandwiches, cake and drink tea. Something to take note of chaps... Your customers also have lunch. Generally between 13.00 & 14.00. This is when they would take the time visit the Post Office. Now then, this may be hard for you to understand but it might be an idea to stagger your lunch times between the three of you. This way, you will be able to stay open and keep your much needed customers happy. Hey, you may even increase your profits too and not be on the next Post Office closure list. Just a thought..
