• Saw the reviews on here, so we went there the other evening whilst visiting on holiday, and it was absolutely excellent. In some chip shops, the greasy batter can repeat on me, but this was not the case from my cod and chips from here, that was lovely and clean, not greasy at all. Highly recommended.

• I have lived in Cornwall all my life and have eaten Fish and Chips from pretty much most shops in Redruth, Camborne, Truro and these were in my top 3 which is pretty great as I eat a LOT of Fish and Chips. I would strongly recommend anyone passing or visiting the Penzance area try these. Freshly cooked to order with crisp batter.A real treat.Will definately be returning and telling others..the best advertising there is.

• I had fish and chips from here last week and I was impressed. Good sized portion of fish - well cooked and lovely tasy chips. Reccomended.

• I meant to give it 5 stars - I pressed the button too fast though. Great fish and chips, and gluten-free options for those with a wheat intolerance - brilliant.

• I agree with the recent comments below - I have tried many of the Fish and Chip Shops in the Penzance area, and this is definitely the best - especially the fish - clearly very fresh. Try the fishcakes too - homemade, with lots of pepper in them - lovely!

• Just to let people know, that the shop is under new management, as of April 5th 2012, so the first (older comment) here is not applicable (thankfully). Please come in and try us. Currently, we are open: Wed 11.45am - 1.30pm & 4.30pm - 7.00pm Thu 11.45am - 1.30pm & 4.30pm - 7.00pm Fri 11.45am - 1.30pm & 4.30pm - 8.00pm Sat 11.45am - 1.30pm & 4.30pm - 7.00pm But we plan on opening for longer as soon as we have cut down our other business interests. Look forward to seeing you.
